DODM Leadership Training is designed to equip, strengthen, and develop leaders—not to build membership.
Through short audio and video teachings, we share biblical principles, practical wisdom, and leadership insight to help leaders grow in their calling, assignment, character, stewardship, mentorship and responsibility.
We are here to equip leaders for the work they have been entrusted to do and train the trainer. Join DODM for our monthly Zoom meetings every second Tuesday of the month; as we gather for biblical teaching, leadership development, mentoring, and shared learning. Together, we grow in our calling, strengthen our character, and learn to serve with wisdom and stewardship. Our purpose is to equip leaders, not recruit members.
