Apostle Khedijah Vidal is a former Army nurse who has served in ministry for over twelve years. Apostle Khedijah was call into ministry will still serving in the military in 1996. She is a mentor, teacher, storyteller, and leadership developer with a passion for equipping people to understand their calling, assignment, stewardship, and responsibility.
Apostle Khedijah is the founder of I Feel Beautiful, a mentorship ministry for teenage girls; Threshing Floor Prayer Ministry, a ministry of international prayer warriors; and DODM Worldwide Missions (Decisions Or Destiny Ministries), an international leadership-training ministry established to equip leaders in answer to the Macedonian Call of Acts 16:9.
Through DODM, Apostle Khedijah trains and mentors leaders through biblical principles, leadership development, stewardship, spiritual authority, discipleship, counseling, workshops, and missions. Her ministry reflects Ephesians 4:11–16, equipping believers for the work of ministry and helping them grow to maturity.
Her teaching style is rooted in storytelling, practical wisdom, Scripture, mentoring, and character development, with an emphasis on helping leaders recognize and fulfill what has been entrusted to them.
Even when Apostle Khedijah steps on your toes, she will love on you, encourage you, and expect you to do better. She believes that truth and love must work together. She will challenge you when necessary, speak honestly when others may remain silent, and still stand beside you as you grow. Her goal is not to make you comfortable in where you are, but to encourage you to become better in who you are and more responsible for what you have been entrusted to do. She speaks to correct, loves enough to encourage, and challenges you to grow.

Apostle Mohamed Sande Mokangolo serves as Assistant Director of DODM Worldwide Missions, working alongside Apostle Khedijah in training, mentoring, and equipping leaders. He has been part of the DODM family since 2015 and serves as a trusted partner and right hand to Apostle Khedijah in the ministry’s international assignment.
Apostle Mohamed is the Founder of Life Pillars Covenant Church and Founder and Director of SanTom Foundations. He received an Honorary Doctorate of Humanity in 2023 and speaks 22 languages, reflecting his unique ability to connect with people across cultures and communities.
His personal journey is a testimony of transformation. Having experienced life as a street boy in Kenya and Uganda, his life has been radically changed through the grace of God. Today, he is a father of eight children and a spiritual father and mentor to many.
Through his leadership, life experience, and commitment to people, Apostle Mohamed brings a heart for mentoring, leadership development, family, and community transformation to the DODM assignment.
